I am the Executive Sales Manager for a major publishing company. I stress customer centrism with our entire staff and try to lead by example. I have to say that it's a pleasure to purchase a bow from a company that exemplifies what is found less and less in many American companies these days, the belief that customer satisfaction is one critical key to a successful business.
