WARRANTY APPLIES TO ORIGINAL OWNER ONLY
To validate Parker's Warranty, the warranty card that comes with every
new Parker must be completed in full and mailed by the purchaser within 15 days of purchase date.
Completing the warranty registration process online is also available HERE ! Parker Compound Bows are warranted for the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty excludes wear on strings, buss cables, string silencers and bow finish. Damage caused by mishandling, abuse, dry-firing, modifying the product or shooting improper spined arrows is not covered and may void the warranty.
Any alterations or modifications to your Parker Bow will void the warranty. Alterations could cause damage to the bow or personal injury. Interchanging parts with other bow models or brands will void the warranty. Use only PARKER brand strings and buss cables as they are specifically designed in length, serving location, serving size, etc. Improper length and twists can radically affect the draw weight of the bow.
Accessories included in the Outfitter package are warranted for 30 days and may be returned to Parker for replacement. Sight pins, string leeches, and limb savers are not warranted.
Parker reserves the right to make substitutions on warranty coverage at Parker's discretion. Warranty is subject to available parts and camo colors.
US WARRANTY PROCESS
(Canadian Warranty Process - Click Here) Should your Parker Bow need repair, the dealer where you purchased your bow may be able
to complete the work. If this is not possible, the bow may be returned to Parker for warranty repair.
The bow owner is responsible for the cost of shipping the bow to Parker, however,
Parker will pay return shipping costs using standard UPS ground service.
1. Contact Parker Compound Bows at 540.337.5426 to review your problem with a Parker Technician. In many situations, we are able to resolve the issue by phone.
If not, you'll be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) Number from the Technician.
2. Remove accessories (quiver, sights, stabilizers, etc.) before shipping. We are not responsible for accessories.
3. Include a description of your warranty request with the bow. Make sure you include your name, address, phone number and Return Authorization (RA) Number.
4. Return the bow to Parker at the following address.

Please package your bow carefully wrapping the bow in paper or foam!
Make sure the bow cannot move around in the box!
Check for any loose parts that may cause damage during shipping!
The warranty does not cover damage to the bow finish.
